ヨハネによる福音書 １５章１節～６節
以前甲府盆地にあるぶどう園を訪れました。そこには樹齢１００年を越えるぶどうの木がありました。木の幹から伸びた枝が四方に広がり、根から吸い上げられる養分は枝の端々まで行き届きます。季節が巡るたびにすべての枝に豊かな実を結びます。そして美味しいぶどう酒になります。世界は今、ウクライナで、ガザで、イランで、様々な地域で勃発する戦争に苦しんでいます。大切な命が失われ、多くの人が傷ついています。行き過ぎた自分ファースト主義、自国ファースト主義は、私たちの世界をすっかり変えてしまいました。他者への寛容な心を失ってしまいました。互いに壁をつくり、分断を煽り、人種差別、民族差別の発言が繰り返されています。それは、私たちが主から離れ、主とつながろうとしない罪の姿です。「15:5 わたしはぶどうの木、あなたがたはその枝である。人がわたしにつながっており、わたしもその人につながっていれば、その人は豊かに実を結ぶ。・・・15:6 わたしにつながっていない人がいれば、枝のように外に投げ捨てられて枯れる。・・・火に投げ入れられて焼かれてしまう」。人間同士、差別...
